Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 50 years for Professor, 45 years for Associate Professor, 35 years for Assistant Professor and other limit for various posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules. Refer to notification page for post wise age limitations.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the qualification of UG/ PG Diploma/ Degree in relevant area from a recognized institute or University for Professor, Asst Professor, Associate Professor Posts, ME (Civil Engineering) from a University/ Institute for Engineer Posts, Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants for Director Posts. For other Posts qualification refer to notification page.
Application Fee: General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 1000/- as application fee while SC/ ST and other reserved category candidates will have to pay only Rs. 500/- as application fee for Professor posts while for other posts General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 500/- as application fee while SC/ ST and other reserved category candidates will have to pay only Rs. 250/- as application fee. Application fee can be paid through MP Online, Net Banking or Credit card.  
Selection Process: Selections of candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in written examination, and interview.
How to apply Online: All those candidates who wish to apply for Asst Professor, Professor, Engineer  and other posts through National Institute of Fashion Technology, they are required to apply through online mode on NIFT’s official website at www.nift.ac.in on or before 10th March 2014.
