Post Name : Assistant Professor   Qualification/Educational Criteria : Candidates who wish to apply for this post must posess the following skill and criteria: Qualified M.Phil or Ph.D Degree in any subjet from a recognized University Govt. of India.   No of Post : 01   Pay Scale/Salary(in Rs.) : Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs.15,600 to 39,100 + G.P. Rs.6,000/- Per Month.   Mode of Selection : Selection will be based on Face to Face Interview.

It is part of the group of publicly funded institutions in India known as National Institute of Technology. MANIT was started in 1960 as Maulana College of Technology, named after the 1st Minister of Education, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. MACT started functioning in 1960 at Govt S.V. Polytechnic with an intake of 120 students and seven faculty members. It was one of the 1st 08 Regional Engineering Colleges.
